My Personal Story 1987 -
Chapter 1: Building Growth Mindset
Overcoming severe asthma as a child in Finland ignited my resilience and drive. Years of sports as a football club captain taught me teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking.
This foundation was further shaped by my passion for rock music, performing countless gigs, and even hosting national guitar hero competitions.
My curiosity led me to explore youth politics, volunteering, and technical engineering before finding my true calling in business.
Earning a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Economics from a top Finnish university (2012) was a very special moment. Moreover, I gained invaluable experiences and connections that set the stage for my international vision.
Chapter 2: Mastering Sales & Marketing
From 2010-2014, I built a career in marketing and international relationships across Eastern Europe & Russia, leading strategic projects in event marketing and brand building.
In 2015, I joined Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland, marking the start of a transformative period in enterprise tech sales.
For 7 great years at Salesforce, I drove digital transformation initiatives, built strong customer relationships, and negotiated multi-million dollar deals with some of the biggest companies in the Nordics.
My role as an Enterprise Account Executive involved regular discussions with C-Level executives, solving complex business problems, and working with large account teams and top consulting partners.
This experience honed my skills in strategic B2B sales, making me an expert in the Saas business model and advocate for customer-centricity.
Chapter 3: World Tour & Rediscovery
The global pandemic in 2020 led to a period of reflection and change. Feeling stuck in life and burned out professionally, I resigned in late 2021 from Salesforce, sold everything I owned in Helsinki, and embarked on a transformational journey around the world with just a suitcase and one-way ticket to Thailand.
Throughout 2022, I traveled the world (Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa, Europe), focusing on my health, fitness, and personal growth. Learning new skills in a new environment every month. This experience of rediscovery was pivotal, shaping my values and new vision.
Since 2023, I have served as a full time Business Coach, helping dozens of leaders around the world to personal growth and business success. Through startup accelerators like Kiuas and Newchip, I have also guided founders on their journey.
Chapter 4: Entrepeneurship & Business Coaching
I founded my first company, Grand Iceberg Group in 2022 in Singapore, to provide ongoing, personal and professional growth strategies to ambitious entrepreneurs and aspiring CEOs around the world.
I also put all-in to personal branding and started sharing my thinking and experiences in social media via blog, posts, and podcast. Learning content creation by benchmarking the best, and just by doing it again and again.
Over the last few years, I have met and worked with hundreds of leaders across Northern Europe, USA, and Southeast Asia. Many of them chose to join my coaching & training programs to create clarity, increase capacity, and boost confidence to achieve their goals.
I enjoy sharing proven strategies, my insights and my energy, helping you achieve new results, perform at an elite level, and live your best life.
In 2025, my vision is to make Enterprise Dealmakers the #1 European B2B sales community.
